c.1590. From Cosmography. Map is 7 x
6½" (18 x 16 cm) with title above and
text below. Uncolored. Condition: a bare hint
of show-through; else excellent. This
map demands some study to discover the

northeast. the Moscow is seen on a little river
that runs into an interconnected Volga and Don.

left on the Neper. The north country is a bit
contorted with Sweden and Norway at the upper

understated; some of the rivers are wandering
in the wrong direction. |
